Prices are $39 per night per person for the bunkhouse and $49 for a private cabin. 1 lb burgers and home made 14" pizzas. Ice cream too! You should also include that Bill & Linda sell resupply basics (snickers, lipton sides, tuna packs, hot cocoa, gatoraide, peanut butter, cheese, sausages, ramen, spam, M&Ms, oatmeal, power bars, etc, along with fuel and some basic first aid supplies).
An absolutely beautiful spot if the weather is nice! Canoe, Kayak, Paddle Boat, Sunbathe. If you stay the night, Bill will shuttle you back much closer to the trail. You can also do free laundry with an old wash basin setup and hand-crank wringer.
Yes, I said 1lb burgers!
For Northbounders, probably not a big deal, But for Southbounders, this place was a much needed rest/resupply point. You can even arrange to enter/leave by airplane that will land/take off from the lake!
