99 percent of orders are shipped the next business day and arrive within a week.
However...
Today the post office returned a torn, empty package, explaining that I they had lost the contents. It was for an order of Appalachian Pages that I had mailed out in mid-January. Something like this happens for about one out of about every 200 books that I send out.
In a couple of cases, the person who ordered a book contacts us, saying that an order had not been received. We send out anohter, and then the original shipment shows up about a month late.
If you place an order and do not receive it within two weeks please let us know.
